Shipping Locations: We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States.

Processing Time:

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation.
• You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

• Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

Local Pickup/Delivery (Puerto Rico Only):

• We offer local delivery and pickup options. If you select this option, you will receive instructions via email once your order is ready.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Salt and Sand is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
